Prof. Balaram Swamy J is a Professor in the area of Logistic and Supply Chain Management. Prof. Balaram Swamy J is a B.Tech. from IIT, Kharagpur and PGDM from IIM, Calcutta. Prof. Swamy has rich and varied experience in Corporate and Business Education. He started his career in HMT Ltd. And rose upto the level of Deputy General Manager. He has also worked as General Manager in different multinational companies based at Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and Uganda. He has taught management students in Jadavpur University, Calcutta and has conducted various workshops in large number of industries. His areas of interest include Operational Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Marketing &Retail Management and Strategic Management. Before joing ASBM, Prof. Swamy’s last assignment was General Manager, Somotex Nigeria Ltd., West Africa. |
